Winter Trail Report for Saturday, December 19, 2020 - Calling all Snowshoers!

Thanks to the Town of Wilton and Scott Harrington, the parking lots on Scout Road are now cleared of snow. Unfortunately, we have discovered that the soft and powdery snow is too much for our ATV to handle. We are unable to groom the trails at this time because we have, if you can believe it, too much snow!

We saw a similar post from the Friends of Cole's Woods that they also can't get their groomer to work in the deep snow and they have called on the snowshoers to come to the rescue!

If enough snowshoers head out on the trails over the weekend, we can get the snow tamped down enough to be able to groom!
