Monarch Walk

  • Wilton Wildlife Preserve & Park 80 Scout Road Gansevoort, NY, 12831 United States (map)

Come for a nature walk to learn about the amazing life cycles and migrations of the Monarch butterflies. We will look for the butterflies during their peak season just before they start to migrate to Florida and Mexico for the winter. The Monarch butterflies love the Preserve for its many nectar species and open pine/oak savannah habitat.

This walk is in participation with the Hudson River Valley Ramble.
This walk is in participation with the Saratoga Trails Alliance Trail Fest Day.
