Finally, we have some snow! Stewardship Coordinator, Erin McCabe, recorded ~4 inches of snowfall overnight, and we expect to get a dusting throughout the day. The cross country ski trails at Camp Saratoga are fresh with powder, and the parking lot will soon be plowed. However, in accordance with the regulations of the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation, we will not be able to roll out the trails for our skiers until we have accumulated at least 8 inches of snow. Regardless, we encourage our winter explorers to layer up and get out there this week to appreciate this world of white.
